We can manufacture all kinds of dish end to satisfy the customer's required.
Different shapes of dish end we can make as below: ellipsoidal dish end, torispherical dish end, conical dish end, flat roof head, spherical arched head and boiler profiled dish head.
The material of dish end we can make as below: Stainless Steel of SS304, SS316, SS316L; Pressure vessel of SA516; Carbon steel of SS400, Q235 and so on.
The main equipments in our machining plant as below, Oil press: 4000T, 3000T, 1000T, 500T each one; 6.5m and 2.4m edge flanging machine each one; one 7m press blowing machine; one 8500×2500 heat treating furnace; one 4400×4000 heating furnace; one 3400×3400 heating furnace and so on.
